I'm a newlywed and a new mom, obnoxious planner and entrepreneur. I like being an only child, entertaining, soft pretzels, girly chandeliers, booty music, Mexican food, slasher flicks, Christmas, ATVs, sarcasm, the color pink, Crown Royal & Diet Coke, home renovating, getting mail, fleur de lis, Chapstick and the Spring.
I started the 30 Day Shred today. It wasn't so bad. Had 2 issues besides being incredibly tired. You do pushups and my wrist has always not worked well for that. I tried them the easy way on your knees, but it's still too much pressure on my left wrist. Then I was doing something and I pulled a muscle in my lower leg near my ankle. It was freaking burning the rest of the time so I couldn't put very much energy into the rest. Longest 20 minutes of my life!
So I guess I better get off my ass and try to lose a few pounds. I've been pretty busy so it's hard to get to the gym. The Wii and Wii Fit only do so much. So I think I'm going to start Weight Watchers again, but on my own. Last time I did it online and I think I can do that on my own and not spend the $15/mo.
So I figured out my points allowance. Bookmarked a calculator. We're good to go!
